beautiful-violence-club April 1st i landed in Thailand. After mt first day of training (a Wednesday) I was told i would be fighting the next friday! This trip was meant to be a quick one. Ill go back at the end of the year for my long stay. π But for now? 17 days will do. In that time I have 1 solid week to acclimate and train with my Thai trainers. ONE WEEEK!!!!!! πππ I got scheduled to fight the day before Thai New Year Song Kran which is a country wide 3 day water festival. In thailand training is different compared to the states. Each morning I wake up have a light breakfast, for me im good with a banana and handful of granola. Call a moto to pick me up and drive me to the training gym which was a mile away from my stay. AM training: 3 mile run 20 minutes bag work 3 5 minute pad rounds Lots and lots of sparring Clinching till your head falls off 300 knees on the bags 100 crunches 100 push ups --done-- (usually from 840am to 1030 or 11am) I go home order food shower wash laundry by hand and go swimming.. eat then nap. Wake up by 3pm make it back to eve ing practice by 4pm.. repeat all the same minute the run. Done by 6pm Go home shower and explore! Go out, meet with friends from the gym and just enjoy Thailand! This was my 3rd trip there and its just amazing each time. The people, the places.. the food and culture! I love it!17w
